Happy Holidays!
It’s already that time of year, and we’ve been engaged in fun activities to celebrate the holidays at the OMI/Excelsior Beacon with all of our school aged youth.
Beacon Winter Ball 2009
Celebrating the holiday season around the Beacon was doubly exciting thanks to our 2nd Annual Winter Ball. Both students and advisers came together to plan a special dinner/dance gala event which took place in the gymnasium of James Denman Middle School.

The Young Filmmakers Club has completed their first movie production for the 2009-2010 academic year. For our first film, we decided to settles on a theme and composed a mockumentary story centered around that theme, and thus Bullies was born.
A Beacon Halloween 2009
